American AAdvantage account and US Airways Dividend Miles account will merge in second quarter 2015

For now, nothing changes for you.  You can keep earning miles in either programs.

In second quarter 2015, AAdvantage account and Dividend Miles account will:

  • Combine all award mileage, elite-qualifying activity and million mile balances from both programs into your AAdvantage account
  • Update your elite status based on your qualifying activity
  • Email you when your Dividend Miles account has been combined with your AAdvantage account

* Please make sure your account information, name, date of birth, phone number, address, and email address, are the same in both programs in order for them to successfully match your accounts.  When you sign on either American AAdvantage account or US Airways Dividend Miles account, there is a pop up window to prompt  you to input the matching account number.
