Should I keep the card or not?
Chase is discontinuing the offering for any NEW Chase Ink Plus Business Card, so 5X on Office Supply Stores, Internet and Cable TV services, Cellular Phone and Landline services will be gone unless you are keeping your existing Chase Ink Plus Business Card.
I called when I saw the $95 annual fee posted on the account. They told me that they did not have any retention offer in the system. If I like the 5X offering now, I have to pay $95 annual fee or I can apply for Chase Ink Business Cash Card.
I will apply Chase Ink Business Cash card to avoid the $95 annual fee unless I cannot get it approve because of 24/5 rule, then I keep my existing Chase Ink Plus Business card.
For me, it is worth to keep the card anyway because I spent average $2000 on my Ink Plus Business Card by purchasing gift cards at Office Supply Stores for my daily spending, which is equivalent to 120,000 Ultimate Rewards that I could potentially earn in a year.
