Incredible Excellent Services for Singapore Airlines
I waitlisted my mother-in-law for an award seat from San Francisco to Hong Kong for economy class, business class, and first class in 3 different reservations. I received an email and a text message that the economy class seat was confirmed and I need to confirm my award seat in 3 days.
I want her to be comfort and at least travel by business class or first class. I made a phone call to Singapore Airlines customer services and explained to the representative about my concern. She was so nice and did 2 favors for me without I asked. First, she extended my confirm of economy award seat for 24 more days til third week of August so she has more time to wait and will not lose her award seat. Second, she sent an request to KrisFlyer to expedite my waitlists on my business class and first class reservations, and explained to me that it is not guaranteed but hope that will help.
When I made the phone call, I did not expect such an excellent services and sweetness.
My Singapore Airlines Experience
I travelled 2 times by Singapore Airlines First Class. First time was first class from San Francisco to Hong Kong, non-stop and second time was first class suites from Los Angeles to Tokyo, non-stop, by A380. They were all great, smooth check-in process, nice airport lounge, excellent wine and food in the aircraft. Needless to say, the flight attendants were professional and pleasant.
